Zesty sensations of ripe orange peel on the nose with a subtle blend of cinnamon spices. Balsamic notes of cloves and also dried fruits such as dried apricots. Very smooth and full-bodied in the mouth, fresh orange memories followed by a pleasant bitterness reminiscent of tobacco, cinchona bark and honeyed caramel. Vermouth made from a unique infusion of aromatic herbs and aged in the barrel before bottling at our winery.
Bold and seductive
Our most intense vermouth is made with a double infusion of bitter herbs and red vermouth.
PREPARATION
We begin this vermouth with the initial infusion, composed solely of mountain herbs, distinguished by their small roots and very aromatic flowers. The vermouth will then absorb these aromas as it rests in barrels for the next two years.
After maturation, we add a second infusion, a combination of bark and roots from the region, which intensifies the flavors and bitterness.
