A white wine-based vermouth made from two wines that are aged separately for a year. At the same time a maceration is performed for three weeks of a secret selection of herbs and spices that are delicately extracted so that the wine can rest for another six weeks.
Nose : Dry and fruity nose with citrus fruits, wild berries and all kinds of dried herbs.
Palate: Dry and spicy. Very herbaceous, with pine and cedar resin, a little thyme…
Finish: Long and complex finish. Very dry!
