DOLIN BLANC - VERMOUTH DE CHAMBÉRY

A vermouth from the last independent producer in Chambéry. This region is the only one in France to have received an appellation d'origine contrôlée for its vermouths. Brilliant, limpid, fluid robe. Complex nose of mountain plants which have been rubbed to release their aromas, camphor then citrus. On the palate, beautifully harmonious plant notes and a silky texture. Aromas of flowering broom and elderberry which give way to fresh almond and peach.
