Gibson Pickled Vermouth is fresh and fruity on the nose, with light notes of dill and bay leaf, then explodes on the palate with notes of coriander, wormwood, allspice, cubeb, sage and red thyme that give a unique and full flavor, with a refreshing citrus finish, enriched with a lingering note of grapefruit.

5 cl London Dry Gin,
4 cl Gibson Pickled Vermouth,
2 drops Angostura Orange Bitters
2 drops Angostura Aromatic Bitters.
Mix and strain into a Coupette glass.
Decorate with lemon zest.
