The Pleasure of Tasting
Olave vermouth is produced at Bodega Celler Sort del Castell, located in El Morell, in the province of Tarragona, where vermouth has been crafted for over a century and is highly regarded. Olave was launched in 2014 with the aim of modernizing and popularizing a new style of vermouth—one that is very appealing and easy to enjoy.
Its aromas and botanical notes immediately stand out, giving it a special personality and character. In its preparation, we sought to maintain a classic process so as not to lose sight of the importance of tradition, which is where vermouth retains its essence.
The base is crafted by macerating a white wine made from the Macabeo grape variety, wine alcohol, and between 60 and 80 aromatic herbs and spices.
We believe the key to captivating drinkers with this beverage lies in the perfect balance between flavors and essences.
This overall harmony makes Olave an excellent choice to pair with appetizers, seafood, or cheeses.
It also blends very well with other liqueurs in cocktails, opening up a wide range of possibilities for tasting and enjoying it. Don’t let anyone tell you they’ve tried it all—there are always new horizons to explore.
