THE ROOTS OF AROMA
Harvested from the ground where it grows for 3 long years and then dried in the sun. Only time can mature the aromatic oils of our Florentine Orris root so that they release the acidity with a slight violet aroma that helps define MARTINI Extra Dry.

WINE AND BOTANICAL INGREDIENTS
Vermouth does not exist without one or the other. Together, they create a barrier of the senses with taste, aroma, texture and color. Our vermouths include a combination of Trebbiano wine from Emilia Romagna and Catarratto wine from Sicily, to which we add our mastery of botanical ingredients. Aromatic herbs, fruity fragrances, exotic woods and captivating spices in different formulations and quantities produce "dry blends".
The interaction of these herbs during the extraction process creates a unique flavor for each MARTINI expression.
