Bonal is an infusion of gentian root from the Chartreuse mountains, orange zest and cinchona root in an aperitif mistelle. It is the ancient Brother Raphael BONAL of the Saint-Bruno Convent who created it in 1865, the recipe being unchanged since then. Awarded numerous times at the most important international exhibitions, the Bonal has garnered prestigious awards around the world.
